I had the opportunity to start two paintings of Windraven from life when I was in Tucson for the American Women Artists show at the Desert Tucson Museum.  AWA put on a number of events and paint-outs, including the morning at a state park oasis outside of town, with Windraven as our model.  He is a healer by profession and you can look at his website www.raveninthewind.com.  I finished the piece in the studio.
